National Fireplace Supplies Poured Insulation is a mixed, vermiculite masonry material used for chimney flue insulation. Pour In insulation available in a 28lb. bag. It contains NO asbestos and is simply mixed with water and poured around the chimney liner. It then solidifies to a cement like texture providing both stability and insulating value for proper clearance to combustibles. One bag provides 2 cubic feet of insulation. Use approximately 1 bag of insulation per foot of flue.
